訓練總監
梁璟珩先生在培訓工作上超過15年經驗。培訓人數已超過三萬人，並為本公司提供導師培訓課程，使訓練水平達到一定水平。
在學校培訓方面，梁璟珩先生過去一年持續為大、中、小學提供生涯規劃及領袖力培訓課程。曾連續三年為職業訓練局提供講座予即將步出社會工作的年輕人，加強他們對工作的心態，並強化對生命的正能量。
過去，德望學校、英華書院、港島民生書院、香港城市大學商學院等合作機構均給予高度的肯定予全人發展顧問有限公司訓練團隊。
鄭燕霞博士(Dr Bonny YH Cheng)
榮譽顧問
超過二十年教學經驗，曾任學校創意總監、中小學數學/常識及通識老師，於校內主力負責學生成長及課程設計之工作。
鄭博士於2016年創辦第一所森林學園，過去九年聚焦協助學校進行戶外、森林教育課，並探討如何以戶外教室配合常規課堂之執行。研究核心內容為戶外森林教育之成效、本地化課程配合及風險評估，相關論文入選全球AERA 2021（聖地牙可）學術研討會，並於2022年與全球頂尖學者交流與匯報。
於2020-2024年間，曾多次受不同團體邀請，以戶外學習進行學校教師、擬任校長、校長及教育領袖培訓。
