A team of support coaches will be set up to assist in the running of the programme and provide safety support.

Unique activities designed to reinforce learning outcomes

Unlike other programme designs, the SMART Camp programme is designed to apply the principles of experiential learning. The camp is designed using the principles of experiential learning and includes a positive youth development module, which is a systematic and progressive approach to the children's learning needs, allowing them to "learn by doing" through a special programme design.

Emphasis on growth mindset In-depth use of reflective learning

The SMART camp emphasises the importance of children embracing their own lives. In a fast-moving society, resilience and adaptability are the foundations of growth, and coaches encourage children to take on challenges, adopt a persistent attitude in the face of adversity, learn quickly from each experience, teach children to set and follow their own goals, and teach a mindset of achievement and success.

Involvement of parents in activities

The SMART Camp emphasises parental interaction with children before and after camp, so that learning can be extended to the family and parents can observe their children's growth and understand their strengths. As such, Camp Talented. Camp TalentSmart will arrange live Meta Club community sessions for the main activities so that parents can participate.

Unique Program Design

"Play to Learn" arouses children's interest in learning, while the progressive design of the activities allows for different levels of stimulating experiences to trigger a stronger learning effect

Life is full of challenges, and outdoor activities are no exception, and risk is an integral part of life. However, we place great emphasis on safety, with instructor-to-child ratios, strict risk management and external accreditation, so that children can concentrate on their training in a safe environment. We employ highly trained instructors and monitor their performance on a regular basis to ensure continuity of training. All equipment is carefully checked to ensure that it meets or exceeds industry standards. Risks cannot be completely avoided, but through rigorous management we can minimise the chance of accidents occurring.
